Feed tape scale into the applicator tool until the end of the tape is past the front roller.

Apply tape scale with the hand grip applicator tool:

Once the applicator tool is configured with the adhesive backer exiting from the exit slot

and steel tape extending past the front tool roller, the scale is ready to be installed on the

mounting surface.
